Is EverFlow Exterior Cleaning fully insured?
Yes. EverFlow Exterior Cleaning is fully insured for the work it undertakes. If you have any questions about insurance for a particular service, please ask Lee before booking.
How much does window cleaning cost in Plymouth?
For a typical two-storey home with up to eight whole window units and two external doors, regular exterior window cleaning starts at £20 every four weeks or £28 every eight weeks. Bungalows start at £18 or £26 respectively. The instant calculator provides an estimate; Lee confirms the final quote after checking access and property details.
What is included in a regular window clean?
Accessible exterior window glass, frames and sills are cleaned using a water-fed pole system, where safe and suitable. Internal windows are not included. Any unusual materials or access limitations will be discussed before booking.
Do you clean windows in the rain?
Yes, ordinary rain does not automatically stop a clean. If conditions are unsafe, including strong winds, lightning or icy surfaces, we may reschedule.
How often can I book window cleaning?
Regular cleaning is offered every four or eight weeks, subject to availability and route planning. The agreed interval is a target rather than a guaranteed exact date.
Do I need to be home?
Usually not, provided safe external access is available and any gates are unlocked. We normally send a reminder ahead of the visit.
What if there is no access to my back garden?
We do not carry equipment through customers’ homes. Rear cleaning requires suitable external access, such as a side gate or alley. Front-only cleaning may be available at £18 every four weeks or £24 every eight weeks.
Do you clean conservatories and conservatory roofs?
Yes, subject to safe access and the materials involved. These are assessed separately from the instant window-cleaning estimate; photographs help us quote.
Do you clear blocked gutters?
Yes. Gutter clearing removes accessible debris from gutters using appropriate equipment, subject to safe access. It is different from washing the exterior faces of gutters, fascias and soffits.
Can you clean fascias, soffits and gutter exteriors?
Yes. We can quote for exterior fascia, soffit and gutter-face cleaning. Access, height, condition and the amount of buildup affect the quote.
Will pure-water cleaning leave my windows wet?
Yes. With water-fed pole cleaning, purified water is normally left to dry naturally without wiping. Results depend on the condition of the glass and frames.
Do you clean wooden doors or damaged paintwork?
Only where the surface is suitable. Flaking paint, fragile seals, deteriorated wood and other vulnerable finishes may need to be excluded to avoid damage.
Can you clean windows near overhead electrical cables?
We assess safety before starting. Windows close to electrical service cables or other hazards may be excluded, and we may decline a job if it cannot be completed safely.
Is the instant quote a confirmed booking?
No. It is an estimate. Lee will review the details, confirm the price and agree a date before the booking is accepted.
How can I pay?
Regular customers may be offered GoCardless Direct Debit. Other agreed payment methods may include card payment. We explain the method before work is booked.
What areas do you cover?
Plymouth and selected nearby areas including Plymstock, Plympton, Hooe, Elburton, Wembury, Down Thomas, Heybrook Bay, Ivybridge, Sparkwell, Cornwood, Ugborough and Ermington, subject to route availability.
How do I change or cancel a visit?
