1. About EverFlow
EverFlow Exterior Cleaning is an independent exterior cleaning business serving Plymouth and selected surrounding areas. Contact: Everflowcleaning@outlook.com or 07432 222718. The person responsible for the business is Lee.
2. Services and what is included
We provide agreed exterior cleaning services, which may include external window cleaning, gutter clearing, fascia and soffit cleaning, and conservatory cleaning. Your confirmed quotation or booking message sets out the agreed work. Internal windows, inaccessible areas, specialist restoration and additional cleaning are excluded unless specifically agreed.
We use water-fed pole cleaning for suitable exterior windows. Purified water may be left on the glass to dry naturally.
3. Quotes and booking confirmation
Prices shown by the website calculator are estimates only and do not create a booking or a contract. We review the property, access, condition and requested work before confirming the final price and appointment. Any extra charge for unusually heavy soiling or additional work will be explained and agreed before that extra work is carried out.
4. Regular cleaning schedules
Four-weekly and eight-weekly cleaning are recurring service intervals. Actual visit dates may vary because of weather, safety, access, route planning or other operational circumstances. We aim to notify customers of upcoming visits. Regular visits are not a promise of attendance on an exact date or time unless expressly agreed.
5. Access and preparation
Customers should provide safe external access to agreed areas, unlock necessary gates and move obstacles where reasonably practical. We do not carry equipment through the interior of a home to reach rear windows. If rear access is unavailable, we may offer a separately priced front-only service or rearrange the work.
Please keep pets secure where necessary and remove dog waste from working areas before arrival. We may decline to work where access or hygiene conditions make the job unsafe.
6. Safety, condition and limitations
We may postpone, change the scope of, or decline work where conditions are unsafe, including proximity to overhead electrical cables, severe weather, unstable surfaces or restricted access. Fragile glass, defective seals, damaged frames, flaking paint, deteriorated wood and pre-existing damage may limit what can safely be cleaned. We will explain any exclusions where reasonably possible.
Cleaning does not guarantee removal of permanent staining, scratches, mineral deposits, oxidation or deterioration that requires restoration rather than routine cleaning.
7. Weather and rescheduling
Ordinary rain does not necessarily prevent external window cleaning. We will not knowingly work in conditions we consider unsafe. If a visit must be rescheduled, we will aim to arrange an alternative; no additional charge will be made solely because we reschedule for safety or weather.
8. Prices and payment
The price and payment method will be confirmed before work begins. Available methods may include GoCardless Direct Debit for regular customers and card payment where arranged. Customers will be told when payment is due. We will not take an unagreed payment or add an unagreed fee.
9. Changes and cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment. We will explain any costs before accepting a booking where cancellation charges might apply. We will not impose an automatic cancellation fee merely because a customer requests a change, and any charge must be fair, lawful and reflect actual reasonable loss.
Where a consumer books remotely or away from our business premises, statutory cancellation rights may apply, generally including a 14-day cancellation period for qualifying service contracts. If you expressly ask us to begin work during that period and then cancel, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for services already provided, where the law permits. Rights can differ depending on the circumstances, including fully completed services with the necessary prior consent and acknowledgment. We will provide any legally required cancellation information and obtain any necessary express request or consent before starting within that period.
10. Problems with the service
If you believe we have missed agreed work or there is a problem with the result, please contact us promptly with details and, if possible, photographs. We will assess the concern and, where appropriate, offer to put things right. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable law remain unaffected.
11. Damage and responsibility
We will take reasonable care and use reasonable skill. We are responsible for loss or damage where the law makes us responsible, including damage caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not seek to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights.
12. Contact and complaints
For questions, changes, complaints or a copy of these terms, email Everflowcleaning@outlook.com or call 07432 222718.
13. Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
